John Fuller is VUMPI’s Executive Director. John joined VUMPI in 2012 after working for several years as a health benefits consultant with Mercer, where he focused on retiree medical insurance products. In prior roles, John had worked at Anthem in the commercial insurance and Medicaid areas. He has an undergraduate degree from the Virginia Military Institute and received an MBA from the University of Richmond. John worships with his wife and two daughters at Good Shepherd UMC in Richmond, where he has been a member for nearly 20 years.
Nancy Blair, your Benefits Administrator, maintains all clergy pension and benefit service records. She is the clergy participant’s advocate and liaison between the conference and Wespath. Stacey Anthony joined the VUMPI staff in June 2024 as Health Plan Administrator. She has worked for multiple employers in the health insurance industry during her career. Her first and most recent job in Virginia was with Anthem. Prior to joining the VUMPI staff, she served for 10 years as a member of the VUMPI Board of Directors, holding the positions of Supplemental Benefits Committee Chair and President. She previously held roles of Finance Chair and interim Treasurer at Duncan Memorial UMC in Ashland.
